Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

After your order is processed, it will be dispatched from our warehouse and handed to the courier.

During peak seasons, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Timeframes

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


Delays

  • Customs processing (international orders)

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs once the order has left our facility.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@silkykisses.com before dispatch.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbours or household members

  2. Contact the courier directly

  3. Then contact us at support@silkykisses.com

We will assist where possible, but we are not liable for packages confirmed delivered by the courier.


Multiple Packages

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on stock location.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees set by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
